After a long relationship with a man who "claimed" to love the horse life as much as me... I was left for a woman who didn't have so many strings.... aka horses! Yes... I need to be home to feed every day, twice a day... yes... down time to me is riding astride one of my horses... is that so wrong? Where are all the men who not only appreciate a full-time horse girl but lend a hand to get the chores done so we can spend the free time together?? Sure...I can get down and dirty with the best of them but I also want to be treated like the woman that I am. I can train horses till the sun sets but I also want to be treated like a woman when the sun goes down... where are all the guys who appreciate that? Am I living in a fantasy world or are there really guys out there who can clean stalls with me and then still have time for the rest?

Wow! You said it! I live in Kentucky (the horse state) and I can't find it either. I only seem to find wannabe cowboys who can't ride without a beer in their hand and only want a roll in the hay. But be patient! I'm sure there's one out there for us!

Thank you for your response 40Chev! Yes... I know he's out there... now where to find him? Seems so many guys "say" they are horse-guys and then when it's time to get to it... they'd rather live another kind of life. Me... I have no problem attracting men it's just the horsey guys I have trouble finding :) !! Guess time will tell for us all, Huh??

I don't intend this to sound like a "wise acre" comment - please don't take it that way.
But - my guess is he's busy mucking out his own stalls and doing the same things you've mentioned while he's wishing, hoping, thinking about and looking for a gal like you.
I don't think you're living in a fantasy. He's out there - both of you just don't realize it yet.
Good luck
