Till what age can a mare breed?
What are the reasons for a mare to abort? age would be one?

A mare can breed from 2 to 30. The safest way is to have the progesterine level checked on your mare.

well aroung ten to 12 is the safist but would been a vet in to cheak for health and stuff of the horse before doing so. but iv had a mare at 15 have a foal but ild rather say get the horse cheaked out ask a vet and go from there would be the best option.
